We give Free Housing Advice in person or over the phone & can act on your behalf on housing issues.
We can offer landlords a Deposit Guarantee if you cannot afford a deposit.
With the free support from our Tenancy Support workers we can support you to keep your home & move on with your life.
We house & support young people in our Youth Housing Project houses in Tiverton (including a mother & baby house).
Our Young People & Family Mediation Service has two trained mediation counsellors to work with any family where a young person, aged 16-19, might be on the verge of being asked to leave home, to see if a reconciliation is possible.

In place of a cash deposit CHAT can guarantee the deposit on your behalf, if the landlord is happy to accept this. We only offer this facility for tenancies in the Mid-Devon district.
