We are here to help anyone in Mid Devon who finds themselves homeless or facing homelessness in Mid Devon. We offer Housing Advice, Tenancy Support, Budgeting, Debt & Money Advice, Foodbank, Energy advice and can provide shower and clothes washing facilities if you are sleeping rough.

Everyone receives a warm welcome at CHAT and all our advice is free, impartial and confidential.

Foodbank

Our foodbank is open 9:30 - 12:00 Monday - Friday.

Issues with housing can be complicated and we can help you be clear about what your rights and options are.

Tenancy Support

If you are struggling in your tenancy we can help.

Debt and Money Advice

We can work with you

to offer practical solutions, with money worries or problems with debt/money.

Budgeting Advice

We can offer one to one advice sessions to help maximise your income and and reduce expenditure.

Assisted Tenancy Scheme

If you are looking for a new tenancy we may be able to offer tenancy support and a deposit bond.

Ukrainian Support

CHAT is working with Ukrainian refugees who are resettling in the area.
