How can we help?

Our vision is for no one in Mid Devon to be homeless or hungry.

We know life is not always easy and if things are difficult for you, we are here to help. We offer free support and advice on housing, debt and money. We can also help with practical support from our foodbank, pantry and help with household items.

Our office is based in Tiverton but our services are available to anyone in the Mid Devon area and we visit Crediton, Cullompton and Uffculme every week.

30 Years of Bringing Hope

This year, we’re marking 30 years of standing by our community in times of need. Since 1995, CHAT has been supporting those facing housing challenges and helping people rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

We would love to invite you to join us at our special events marking this important milestone. Enjoy an uplifting evening of gospel music with Soul of the City, finalists in the BBC Gospel Choir of the Year, and experience the joy and inspiration of their live performance. Alternatively, if you prefer a more interactive event, gather your friends and test your knowledge at The Great Big CHAT Quiz Night, a fun and engaging event for all.
